I mainly collect Pokémon plush of all types, but I'm very fond of Pokedolls (not to be mistaken for the more modern Pokémon Dolls line!) and Tomy (Takara Tomy) plush, as well as older Pokémon Center releases. Each brand has attributes that distinguishes them, but there's something to like about each. It's also fascinating to look at chances in design and quality within each brand over the past 20 years! Some of these categorized plush might seem strange. For example, I have my 1:1 (Lifesize) Togepi listed under 'Tomy'--but isn't it a Hasbro plush? Well, sort of. In the early days of Pokemon until about the AG era (until 2006/7), Hasbro had the license for Japanese Tomy products. So, 1:1 Togepi purchased in the USA that weren't from Pokemon Center New York will have the Hasbro tush tag. Mine has the Tomy one! It makes some PCNY plush a bit unique, for being USA version plush with Tomy tags.
